What types of payment do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, debit cards, and bank deposit.


How much is shipping?

Your shipping cost is determined at checkout and is based on the total weight of your order. Please see our Shipping Policy for more.


What shipping carriers do you use?

We currently use Startrack Priority, Startrack Road Express, Australia Post Express Post and Couriers Please.


When will you ship my order?

We make every effort to ship your item the same business day you complete your purchase if it is completed by 2pm AEST Mon-Fri. All other orders will go out the next business day. We will send an email with the tracking number to your registered email address when your package has shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for for your tracking number to be activated.


What is your return policy?

What is your warranty policy?

Every item we sell is covered by our 12 month limited warranty (3 months for commercial use and fuel related products). If you have a problem, we can either send you a replacement unit or refund the product cost. Please click here for more details.
