30-Day Return Policy
Oz Wide Starters conditionally accepts returns for incorrectly ordered parts. Notification of incorrect item must be made within 2 days of receipt of goods. Goods must be returned with 30 days at the purchasers cost in original undamaged packaging and the item must be in new, undamaged, resalable condition. Oz Wide Starters reserves the right to refuse any return and any associated costs at any time at our own discretion.
Returns will NOT BE ACCEPTED for change of mind purchases or on special order items.
When a returned product comes back to us, we’ll check it over to make sure it’s in ‘Like New’ condition and free from damage such as dents, scratches, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Oz Wide Starters.

12-Month Warranty
We’re confident that our products will work flawlessly once installed. But in the rare case that it does not, we’ll replace it anytime within one year of your order (3 months for commercial use). If you have a problem, we will take every step to assist you.
Oz Wide Starters conditionally warrants all non fuel related products sold against manufacturing defect or failure for a period of 12 months from date of purchase for private use, 3 months for commercial and commuter use, provided that the product has been correctly installed by a suitably qualified mechanic and that there is no evidence of misuse or misadventure. All fuel related products are warranted for a period of 3 months for private and commercial use. Warranty claims will not be accepted for any product failure due to other external factors (for example, faulty start or trim relays, discharged or faulty batteries, voltage spikes, polarity reversal, engine failure, seized hydraulic ram, faulty or corroded wiring, poor connections, oil/acid/fuel/water ingress or contamination). Warranty applies to replacement/ repair of faulty product by Oz Wide Starters or its assigned representative.
Any fuel related product returned as defective will be sent for testing by a testing facility of our choice. If ETHANOL, STALE FUEL OR FOREIGN MATTER are found to be the cause of failure, no warranty will be accepted and the cost of testing will be charged to the purchaser.
Warranty does not cover any labour, transport, postage or any other directly or indirectly related expenses.
Oz Wide Starters reserves the right to accept, refuse or reduce any warranty claim. Items that are deemed to be defective after inspection may be replaced, repaired or refunded at our own discretion.
Oz Wide Starters accepts no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage, directly or indirectly, to person or property resulting from the use of its products.
We will usually answer your inquiry the same day. On heavy volume days you will receive email as soon as possible. As part of this process you will be asked to complete and return a Warranty Claim Form.
Non-Qualified Items for Refunds
Items not qualifying for a refund include ones with evidence of damage or use, as well as items in which a refund request is made after 30 days since the purchase was made. In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will:
- Photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied
- Provide documentation showing that the item was purchased more than 30 days prior to a refund request being made.
- The product(s) deemed ineligible for return will be returned to you
If we decide to accept a non-qualified item for return, an admin fee of 20% will be assessed. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received by Oz Wide Starters.
