Shipping policy

We currently use Startrack Priority, Startrack Road Express, Australia Post Express Post and Couriers Please. Most orders are shipped via overnight service, but we always give you the choice based on which company works best in your area, or whether price or delivery time are your main considerations for the order. Our cut-off time to dispatch orders same day is 2pm AEST Mon - Fri. We give priority to orders on a first in, first served basis, so orders placed close to cut-off time during peak periods or orders requiring technical advise to determine correct item may not be able to dispatch same day.

Whilst all efforts are made to get orders out ASAP, once goods are dispatched, Oz Wide Starters is not responsible for any delays in delivery. All of the freight service companies allow up until end of business hours to deliver. Please allow sufficient time for them to deliver before phoning.

NOTE: All invoices generated include the freight tracking number next to freight method. Please review the number and if necessary check tracking online with carrier before phoning Oz Wide Starters.
